How an engagement works

2. Step 2

   A plan for your staff

   We put together coaching, workshops or both, customized to your school's specific needs rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

3. Step 3

   Coaching and workshops

   Job-embedded support in your school: 1:1 observation, specific feedback, and practical strategies teachers can use immediately.

4. Step 4

   A report on the work

   For each coaching engagement we can prepare a report for any period you choose: coaching sessions and meetings held, hours, the teachers and coaches supported, goals and progress, and the strategies used. It never includes private notes, session notes, or information about individual students.
