Privacy

The short version

We collect only what you choose to send us or what we need to run our coaching work. We don't sell it, we don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we never collect information about individual students.

When you use our contact form

We keep your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message so we can reply and keep track of our conversation with you. We email a copy to ourselves and send you a confirmation email.

To stop spam, the form briefly uses your internet address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. We don't store it with your message.

When we coach in your school

Our consultants keep records of coaching work: sessions, goals, the strategies used, and notes about teaching practice. These records describe practice, not students. We never record anything that identifies an individual student.

Teachers, principals, coaches and district staff we work with can be invited to our client portal. They see only what a consultant shares with them by name, and their access ends when the engagement ends. Reports for a district include sessions, hours, goals and strategies, never private notes.

Bid pages

Some proposals are shared on a private, password-protected page for one buyer. We count views and downloads but don't record who viewed them. A cookie remembers that you entered the password, for up to 12 hours.

Cookies

The public pages of this website don't use cookies. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in to the staff area or the client portal, and on password-protected bid pages as described above.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run the website, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Supabase, which stores our database and files
• Resend, which sends our emails
• Anthropic, whose AI our staff may use to help read bid documents and draft proposals (never contact-form messages or coaching records)

How long we keep it, and your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing inspireandengage@gmail.com. We'll respond as soon as we can.

Children

This website is for educators and school leaders. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
